Plan to arrive early in Angra dos Reis and avoid any surprises before the crossing. The boarding ticket must be requested in advance from our center and needs to be in hand or available on your phone so you can access the vessel. On the island, use your free time to explore Vila do Abraão on foot. For the tours, bring a snorkel, sunscreen, swimwear and cash.

Ground transportation to the port of Angra dos Reis is not included. The crossing ticket must be requested in advance from our center and presented printed or on your phone for boarding. Arrive at the pier early, as the crossing and tours may change depending on sea, weather and operating conditions.

What's included in the packages?

Our packages vary by the services chosen. In general, packages aim to be as complete as possible, including lodging, tours and the round-trip boat crossing. Some also offer a transfer from Rio de Janeiro. This brings peace of mind to your experience, so you don't worry about anything and can focus only on enjoying every minute.

Do packages include transport?

Land and/or sea transport may be included. Some packages already include the crossing or a full transfer. In other cases, it can be added for an extra fee.

What are the payment and installment options?

You pay 100% online: credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments or Pix (business account at a physical bank). The purchase is protected by Cielo 3DS and confirmation is immediate — the digital voucher arrives instantly. If you prefer, the team can also close your booking on WhatsApp.

Can I change the date of a package I already bought?

Yes, subject to availability. Note that rescheduling at no cost is done 30 days or more before check-in; for shorter periods, we apply the fee set out in the terms and conditions sent when the service was booked.

How far in advance is my spot guaranteed when scheduling?

On the Bronze Rate (regular period), booking 20 days or more in advance guarantees your spot. On the other rates (Silver, Gold and Black), as these are peak periods, scheduling depends on availability — so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Is the package better value than buying separately?

Usually yes. The package makes organizing easier, guarantees spots and offers better value. When you buy a package, you're securing a complete experience with Ilha Tour.

I didn't use my package within 12 months. What happens?

We work with the extension fee to extend for another 12 months. This fee considers 10% of the total value of services purchased.
