Can I check in before 1 PM?
Our partners' hours are from 1 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the physical agency (locker) and enjoy the Village. Early check-in depends on the availability and authorization of the accommodation (upon request) on the check-in day.
Does the accommodation have parking?
Cars are not allowed on Ilha Grande. Parking is available on the mainland, near the crossing points.
