How does payment work?
You book with a deposit and pay the rest per the current policy, in up to 6 installments, in a secure environment. You can pay by card, Pix or boleto — Pix is one of the accepted payment methods.
Can I reschedule if the weather turns?
Yes. With the notice set by your rate, rescheduling is free. If the sea doesn't allow a safe departure, the team reschedules with you.
Do I need to book ahead?
On the Bronze Rate, booking 20+ days ahead, your spot is guaranteed. On season rates, subject to availability. The minimum booking notice is 7 days.
How do I reach the team?
Ilha Tour Support is on WhatsApp before, during and after your booking — we don't disappear after the sale.
